UBS Equity Research Science Associate
Anyone know anything about this role? I applied months ago and get sent a zoom invite for an informational interview. That led to nothing and got dinged. They keep reposting it aggressively, but wonder if anyone got to the interview stage?
I got an offer back in 2020. Didn't take it. It was 3 rounds of interviews.

Dunno how it is now, but UBS use to be extremely hard to get hired. The head of research (who has left but I don't know about the culture now), only wanted top associates, so CFAs, MBA from top schools. I had a look from having a CPA but the head of research wanted to know how I scored on the exams, only person who has ever asked me that in an interview.
That’s wild haha. I do know their base seems to be higher than other shops at 137.5k vs other BB’s at 110k (non biotech)
Based on the job posting, I understood that there are looking for PhD holder but does anyone know whether they are hiring worldwide?
