Unsure of ER boutique offer

I've been offered a boutique equity research position- I very happy considering the current available opportunities in my region and the people there seem great but I'm not too sure if I should keep looking and try to land a another offer.

I've weighed up the pros and cons of my situation and they are:

pros:
-multi industry coverage (metals and mining, O&G, healthcare, telecomm, industrials + more)
-opportunity to cover your own stocks in ~2 years if you perform well
-position is in my city (a BB would require me to move- hard because of family situation)

cons:
-base pay is about a 40% haircut compared to BB comp, bonus is unknown
-unsure of the analysts' abilities (Bloomberg rankings, performance vs benchmarks and peers don't appear on face value that great)

My long term goal is to work in a fundamental equity fund ie mutual fund, hedge fund- I don't care too much about pay at the moment as long as I can learn good habits and keep moving forward.

Should I keep looking at other opportunities or be happy with what I have?
