Valuation Analyst to Equity Research
Hi Guys,
Does anyone have an insight on how desirable a Valuation Analyst position would be if you're eventually trying to move in to an equity research associate role? (Regional). I am under the impression that it would have highly transferrable skills to ER from a financial modeling perspective and valuing various companies. Can anyone confirm this and possibly explain their experience with this transition?
