What career should I go into to transition into ER if I can't do it out of college?
I go to a nontarget school and while I think it's entirely possible I could get ER at a large bank because I'm pretty prepared and have an excellent resume, I think it's worth considering that it's not a guarantee. If I don't get an internship, what should I go for in order to transition into ER later on? Should I just go to a smaller shop and look to move to a bank later in my career, or is there any other career path easier to get into than ER which I could transition from later on? Thanks for the help.
