Title. Any updates on comp/culture/reputation? Saw that they moved up to 5 on II rankings and have pushed top ranked analysts?

No clue emailed a consumer guy there at 1am cuz I was bored and never followed up so no clue what hes up too rn. I think they are good but have seen hf guys prolly entry-mid levels talk s about them on here
Decent place to start a career. Its a sweatshop that underpays but they have allot of top tanked analysts. Have heard that some analysts are very abusive and have high associate turnover. I have seen job postings from them advertise 65-75k base salaries which is hella low for ER
I got downvoted for saying this last time, but when I interviewed 12 months ago, they told me, "expect about $100K all-in your first year"
My base salary offer is 95k not including signing or discretionary bonus. So I don't think that's the case anymore
