It all depends on where you work and how people dress. I don't think, personally, that is anywhere near 'flashy' unless all people wear all day are white and blue solid dress shirts. In that case, then yes, it is too 'flashy'.
Depends where you work. NYC? Probably too flashy. The south / the west? Definitely not too flashy.
