It all depends on where you work and how people dress. I don't think, personally, that is anywhere near 'flashy' unless all people wear all day are white and blue solid dress shirts. In that case, then yes, it is too 'flashy'.

Haha Banana Republic doesn't have it on their website anymore so i had to google it.
 

Super surprised that no one has commented (yet) about how the shirt he bought was on pinterest....would have put money on it that joke was in the first couple comments....
