LA Office Fits

Thinking about making some wardrobe investments for my internship at a RE debt fund in Los Angeles. What’s the typical summer office fit for real estate/finance people in LA? Really thinking it could range from collared shirts to tees but idk

I sit on the trading floor at a well known firm, and you will see a bit of everything. Ex-bankers generally all look the same (Patagonia vest, monk straps or bit loafers, bland dress shirt and pants). More eccentric or unique personalities are more casual but still well put together (Sneakers, chinos or denim, short sleeve button up or polo) and the big dogs wear whatever the fuck they want, I’ve seen suits, flannels, t-shirts etc. Just ask HR or your point of contact, FWIW probably won’t be wearing a suit
