Proper Heel Size For An Interview
Can you kindly suggest if the heels on the Cole Haan shoe below link are too high for an investment banking interview?

3.5 inch heels appropriate for interviews
Generally speaking, our users shared that heels height is appropriate from 2 - 3 inches with 3.5 inches pushing what is considered to be okay. Flats are also acceptable. Our users explained below:

Just another comment: This really pertains to interviews. 3-3.5" can look fine but honestly you're not there to slut it up, you're there to look poised and presentable.

But seriously, when was it deemed that women had to wear heels to be formal. Total bollocks if you ask me.

Plus there is nothing like the smart click of a heel across a floor. Nothing.
I HATE the click clack of the shoes on the floor. I soft-step on floors if it echoes. And if you are in a smaller office most guys hate it too - distracting honestly.
Also, how can you sneak up on your coworkers to catch them goofing off if they hear you coming?

Really? I love the click of shoes on pavement and so on.. although in an office, I could see that getting tiresome. If I worked in a non-carpeted office, I'd never wear heels. Definitely a good point about office etiquette.
One of my old bosses had a very distinctive pair of shoes, one of which would creak. When he walked around the office I could always hear him, drove me nuts! :)
hahaha nice comment above my comment.... I think if I go for the interview I want to wear 3.5 inch heel by the way personally I prefer flat shoes because it's comfortable and easy to walk and I don't like heels sound its sound attract to the others..........
