What do you think about these Shoes?

In the medium brown color, not the reddish color. I know monkstraps are generally a no for analysts, but these strike me as pretty conservative and the buckle is high enough that it's hidden by your pants hem. I've read that these are extremely high quality shoes as well and I love the way they're shaped. Any thoughts?

The link provided just takes me to the home page but I looked at the shoes on the website and they are pretty nice. Anything that looks professional will be fine.

I like them overall but only for a dressy casual outfit. But tbh if you're dropping >$400 just go for Crockett & Jones or Edward Green. They are worth the extra $$, believe me.

As an analyst, I would stick to cap toe oxfords in either black or dark brown M-F. On the weekend, you could wear the monkstraps. If you decide to wear them, you're not going to get your bonus docked or anything serious, but people might have an altered perception of you.

As you make your way up the totem pole, you can start to add more flair to your wardrobe but until then, I would dress conservatively.
