Can we get rid of the 3 post minimum to view the compensation database? Or atleast start banning people who put up empty posts to reach the 3 post minimum?

That thread above is a perfect example of how annoying it is when people post one word replies to boost their count. I understand the 3 post minimum was established to get people participating, but I really don't think it is serving the purpose if people can just post the word "banana" three times in a row.
It is also quote annoying to find a few of those in every thread.

I agree. The idea of the required posts is good, but people just crank through them so they can see the comp DB. The only good thing from a webmaster point of view that I can see is that it adds to "total posts" in this forum.
