HEC Paris Summer School Mergers and Acquisitions.

Hi guys, recent grad here. I recently got into M&A summer school in HEC Paris. I was wondering if any of you have gone through the program and wanted to hear reviews and how selective is this program. There are just a few reviews over the internet and i was wondering if there is any value in attending?

Patrick Legland is the program's professor and, comparing other programs, it seems to be that he is experienced professional in IB/M&A/PE/Family office world. It is worth mentioning that i am from the US and not sure if HEC's brand is well recognized here.

The alternative is to prepare for CAIA 1 in September. While many monkeys on the forum are saying that CAIA sucks, i just want to take it for myself.

Another alternative is to go attend Harvard Extension for either PE or M&A courses. But, as far as i know, professors for these classes are not the best.

Truly appreciate any opinions! Cheers!

Thank you for your input, but it seems that no one, on this forum, has attended this program yet. I did not go either. 2 weeks - 3200$, sound a bit expensive. Also, admission didn't state how selective is the program.
