Paragraphs

Hello,
.
WSO recently eliminated the use of paragraphs in replies. If I hit return twice, WSO only honors a single *Enter*. I don't get a blank line for easy-to-read paragraphs.
.
Yes; I am a CS major; I am aware there is a paragraph html tag. People should not have to learn LaTeX or HTML to make coherent posts of more than one paragraph on a forum.
.
In order to lodge my protest, I am using periods between paragraphs. If this is some sort of oddball language experiment to remove the paragraph from the English language, it's not going to work on me. I may be a millennial, but I have spent twenty years of my life using the paragraph to separate ideas and concepts, to avoid looking illiterate, and to avoid spewing out one long stream of consciousness like a 14-year-old-girl with a crush on Justin Bieber. In order for my posts to be readable, I need a paragraph, and although books and term papers can sometimes be different, the protocol on the internet is to use a full line to separate paragraphs.
.
(However if this is some sort of advertising strategy the size of the paragraph break is semi-negotiable. I am pushing for at least 3/4 of a full line)
.
Thank you.

I thought I was just forgetting to hit my customary double-tap on the enter key. . Edit: The WSO techies are evil masterminds. I tried using space in the paragraph line to avoid showing the period... no luck.

Move along, nothing to see here.

sorry guys, this was an accident...we just reformatted all the WSO Company Database nodes and someone made a CSS change that was way too broad so it impacted forum spacing as well...getting fixed within next 20 min.

Thanks for heads up! Patrick

ps - on the bright side, the data in the company database is much easier to digest
