Shame this thread didnt take off. I know for a fact theres more than 5 ppl thatd like to see that. Theres a ton of RE threads already floating around that could be funneled into it to have it start right off the bat with like 3+ pages of shit. Plus i know theres a good amount of industry guys on here. Anyway, I could never figure out what this word does, lol, but......bump?

The corporate finance forum has 5-week-old posts on the first page, and the entire forum has only three pages worth of topics. A real estate forum would definitely have more activity than the CF one. There isn't much transparency on the types of jobs available in RE on the internet and I feel like this could definitely attract a lot of users to the site who are looking for this info.

Here are a ton of long (around 20+ post) threads that have already been created in RE:

http://www.wallstreetoasis.com/forums/real-estate-valuation http://www.wallstreetoasis.com/forums/real-estate-qa http://www.wallstreetoasis.com/forums/real-estate-private-equity http://www.wallstreetoasis.com/forums/real-estate-investing-companies http://www.wallstreetoasis.com/forums/real-estate-investing-careers http://www.wallstreetoasis.com/forums/real-estate-pe-vs-reit http://www.wallstreetoasis.com/forums/opinions-on-real-estate-ib http://www.wallstreetoasis.com/forums/real-estate-valuation-3 http://www.wallstreetoasis.com/forums/re-ib-best-groups

I could definitely find more, these are only from the first 10 pages of search. And I didn't even include the shorter threads...

Hey man, if I create a RE forum, can you help me move the appropriate threads like the ones you listed above over?
