500 million AUM hedge fund salaries

This has been my first post in a while, but I am applying to a hedge fund that has around $500 mil AUM. It is a quantitative hedge fund that is based in a midwestern city. They have been around for around 25 years. I was wondering if anyone had any insight on what my salary would be if I stuck with this company and progressed up into higher positions in the company. I know all of this is pretty broad, but what would be the normal trading assistant salary and then what would be a traders salary after one, three and five years maybe? Anything anybody knows about quant hedge funds of this size would be great. Also, I would like to hear any experiences or insights that people have had with similar hedge funds like the one I described. Also if anyone can say what amount they started trading in their earlier years in a hedge fund as a trader that would be great. Thank all of you for your input.

West Coast rainmaker:
It might be a good addition to the site if you could search through companies by data available. For instance, check boxes for "companies with reviews", "companies with salary info", etc. As it is, you have no idea which of the companies in the results will actually have data beyond a description page.
