Average Comp Structure

Currently working in banking, and have gotten interested in potentially heading to a MMHF for L/S equities. Would like to understand how compensation tends to be structured, assuming $300M AUM, with 1 PM and 2 analysts.

I understand that each case is different, but just wanted to get a rough sense of the numbers. For example, if performance for the year is 5%, what would be the bonus pool that is available to be split up among the team?
