They randomly accept Hofstra undergrads from time to time because the founder went there and donates a lot to the school. Usually top of their class though.
Culture is cut throat but SAs who perform can convert for FT and move up quickly - have heard an instance where one became a PM after 1-2 years. Risk limits are very flexible, and good payouts. DM for more info
I heard Axe left the shop though? Also they’ve had the US government on their ass about insider trading. Would avoid.
