Bad PM
Hi, trying to get some advice here. I work at a big macro/quant hedge fund in a pod with senior PM and a couple of PMs under him (everyone with a book).
I work under a PM who is at first experience in the buy side and just ignorant/not good at making money. This is my first job after college and this is impacting majorly my career and learning. I think one of the other PMs could take me if he were to be fired, but I’m not sure if I can move while he is still here (would be weird probably).
Is my only option to leave? It’s very difficult and there are a bunch of interviews for other shops (1 YOE)
