Seen some people have equities SA since early this year
Someone at my school even did Balyasny equity sophomore SA before CAP/P72 junior SA. No idea how that worked. Only saw HK/SG equity opportunities when I applied.
Anecdotally--if you know someone sr or a pm likes you theyll make a spot if theyre taking an intern. you guys seem kind of clueless there is not rly any structured process for equities for undergrads.
Do they convert to a pod/Bridger FT? If not, what do most people do?
