Best laptop for PE/HF Prep at home etc.
Hello,
My mac has broken after several years of good service, just starting my AN2 year and looking to up the amount of prep I am doing at home and would like to do it on my personal laptop
(i.e. preferably it would be a Windows laptop for shortcuts and whatnot).
Looking to spend about £1-1.5k.
Would use it primarily for modelling prep/courses, general life admin, youtube etc. so doesn't need to be a beast gaming laptop.
Any recs?
Lenovo is the way. the X1 Carbon is the gold standard. For a little less money some of the Yoga models are nice.
If you want to go even cheaper, the Windows Surface laptops aren't that bad.

Not exactly what you asked for... Bought a refurbished desktop on Amazon for $250 to work on case studies... I was quite skeptical at first because it's so cheap... Been cranking it for 6 months and no complain at all
