Everybody’s talking about how one should “choose a PM, not a pod/sector”, which is great advice but how do hopeful hires like us actually go about (1) knowing a priori which are the good PMs to look out for and (2) screening for them during interviews/super days? I’m talking about Singapore/HK specifically so if anyone knows good PMs in those spaces that’d be ideal

I should add that my current understanding of a good PM = willing to mentor + more tenured so has more bargaining power about drawdown limits
