BridgeWater |How long should I wait after the final round interview with BridgeWater?
Hi, all! I've finished the final round interview with BW last week and it's already been a week and I didn't receive any feedback. Should I expect to be rejected considering no feedback? How long does it take for a firm to give you final decision after your final round interview? Should I reach out to the HR to ask the feedback or you guys suggest that maybe I should be patient and wait for a while? Thank you!
BTW does any one know the position of Trading Associate in BW?
No news typically isn’t good news. I would wait another week and then reach out to hr ton confirm they worst. Although BW is odd and cult like and everything is a test, so maybe they are trying to see how you react to no news.
