Bridgewater Reputation for Internship/Full-Time?
Due to the recent layoffs at BW, and what with them being down and all and being sued/suing others, how does this affect their reputation? Is it worth to take an offer for an internship here (as a junior), not knowing how they'll be doing next summer when I'll be hoping for a return offer for full-time? How would an internship at the firm be considered by other HFs in case they still aren't doing so hot/how would exit opps look from BW?

It's already late summer - their summer internship should already have started? they delayed all incoming full-time to next year tho.
I meant for Summer 2021, it's already the end of Summer 2020.
And you already need to decide to take a summer internship offer for 2021? If no urgent deadline to commit now, would keep exploring while waiting to see how they will be doing later in the year. Can also do some channel checks with their summer class this year to see if anyone ends up getting a full-time offer.
What's the alternative? Do you have another offer, or is it sitting at home watching Netflix?

It's not an exploding offer, so I haven't yet made a decision. I'll likely accept it though, I've enjoyed my conversations with everyone I've talked to at the firm and it doesn't seem damaging to try it out for an internship.
