Can I work for a small hedge fund if am just starting out with no background?
I would like to work for a very small hedge fund(and it's impossible that any decent sized hedge fund would even consider me). Let me explain my situation: I don't live in the US but still would like to trade the markets there. Being not in the country, it's quite cumbersome for me to start my own hedge fund. Is it possible for me to get hired by a very small hedge fund solely by convincing the owner that I can generate significant alpha? If yes, where do I start networking to find any opportunities? Also, because am on the lookout for a very tiny fund, is there any risk in case the owner gets into any legal trouble or gets sued etc? 10.0.0.0.1
