I was introduced to a partner at Cevian who, in no uncertain terms, told me they are heavily biased toward hiring from MBB.
Sought after and prestigious job here in Stockholm. Very selective, but i do not believe a single one in the office has a MBB background (besides one of the two founders)
Strong culture of holding on to shiddi elevator manufacturers and cutting stakes when its too late lmao jk. It's a great place to learn and you'll probably do work on many many many companies because of their strategy
Has anyone more insight on the type of case study they ask, or any other useful insight on the recruiting process? Thank you!
