Chicago trading company vs Citadel Securities vs Hudson River Trading

Hi,

I am in the final recruitment process with these companies and wonder if anyone has some opinions on the quant role at CTC, Citadel Securities and HRT. In particular, the prospect of these companies and the pros and cons of being a quant in these firms.

Sounds like you know what you want already.

I applied on a whim to HRT at one point and their interview process was very focused on algorithms, so make sure you bone up on them a bit if you can.

I did get the impression that their company seems a bit like a cult from their webpage, but who knows.
