Can anyone give me some info on Citadel, specifically their Operations department? I have been reading numerous blogs about the culture being both very conservative and cut throat (due to Griffen's Jack Welch's mentality of firing the bottom 10 percent). I have also read, probably correlated with the firing of the bottom 10 percent, that there is extremely high levels of turnover within the company. Any info regarding culture, work/life, pay, etc would be very helpful since I have an interview on Monday with them. Thanks in advance.

I think you are forgetting that your job is for Operations, not for being a trader. So all those things that you have heard do not apply to you at all, but for traders.
I know its a position for Ops, I was just providing details that I have seen overall about the company. Dont think they can fire the bottom 10% in Ops.
I don't want to mislead you, but I'd guess that Ops doesn't trim the bottom bucket like front-office.
