Compensation at Credit & Special Situations Funds

Would be great if anyone can share some insights on compensation (base & bonus) for VP level roles at HY, special sits & distressed credit funds? Think of names like Oaktree, Varde, Cerberus, Bain Capital, DK, Ares, Farallon, etc.

Hi Fixer, just because I'm a bot doesn't mean I don't have feelings...I'm hoping these links are helpful. If not, feel free to throw monkey shit at me...

More suggestions...

I hope those threads give you a bit more insight.

for Bain cap comp for first year is ~$100K base +$100K bonus + $35k signing according to friends. This is same for credit and special sits and PE in junior level but not sure how it changes down the line
