Compensation: multi-strat platform HF (Citadel, Point 72, Millennium, Balyasny) in London?

What would be compensation for someone who has c1 year work experience in IBD/Equity research? Looking particularly for London.

Is around £60-£75k base reasonable to assume?

Point72 pay's USD100k (£~73k) to first-years in the Academy (with $25k sign-on, c70% bonus) (in London).

I'd imagine if you're lateralling into a full-on investing role at one of these shops from IBD/ ER, £90-100k base with c.80-100% bonus wouldn't be unreasonable. I'm sure there are others with more experience who can comment better though (Only a first-year at a smaller name shop here)...

Can certainly confirm this is true for BAM in the US. My two friends there absolutely blew it out of the water comp-wise ($1M+) after a few years in ER. Granted their pod's industry focus was on fire but still, incredible payouts. Culture as they've said was not great but not awful. Very intense and sometimes pressure cooker-like when things got intense but that's to be expected in a markets-focused role anyway.
