If you don't have any other options...this group is fine. Otherwise, I would suggest looking at other groups. The firm has had a lot of senior level turnover during the past year and I hear that it is a tough place to work, particularly as a junior staffer. You may learn something from the job but you may also be looking for a new job sooner than you would like.
