how would exit ops be from a place like diamond hill (20b+ aum)? I'll be interning there this summer and go to college in nyc, so unfortunately won't be able to network in nyc for ib/hf. Spoke to a guy who ended up at gotham after interning here but that was a rare case I guess. If my end goal is nyc ib/hf how would this look?

It's a great firm. I'd try to get a FT position there after graduation and then try and break into HF work after that. They are mainly value oriented so it makes sense why the guy went over to Gotham from DHIL.
