I know it's rare for an undergraduate to go straight to working at a hedge fund, but I'm super-motivated and already have hedge fund internship experience, certifications, and more. What I keep reading about are referrals. Are these absolutely required to win a full-time offer at a smaller/medium sized hedge fund?
