i'm a 29 years old, an associate in a SPAC (600 mln aum) that invest in some special situation asset (distressed debt, distressed asset)
I arrived carrying a new asset class where previously the spac didn't invest,
and in the first year I brought investment for a profit of 300k (300k every year for 4 years)
surely the spac would not have achieved this gain without me.
what is the right salary / earnings ratio ?
