From Big 4 Valuation to Hedge Fund in NYC

I have two routes in hand to aim for a job at a hedge fund in NYC

Route 1:  Do My Undergrad in Germany  ( I know it sounds a bit unorthodox ) . But at this point, Germany is the sole country where I can afford to do my bachelor's. , since it's free . Then work IB in frankfurt for a couple of years or more. And save a substantial amount to use it for a Masters's or MBA in the US. Hence Job done

THE BIGGEST DRAWBACK: It's quite difficult for international students to do undergrad in Germany as we need to sit several entrance exams and if we fail, we will have to return to our country.

Route 2: Do ACCA ( which is an INTERNATIONAL  CA curriculum )

in my home country ( Bangladesh ) and work at Big 4 in Bangladesh for three years. And in the meantime, I would have saved a partial amount for an MPA ( Masters of Public Accounting) degree in the US. Do my MPA and simultaneously prepare for my CPA exams . After having done with my CPA, I would aim to work for independent business valuation firms such Krolls or the Big 4. Then try to join a hedge fund in NYC .

THE BIGGEST DRAWBACK : I dont know if I could ever work for a Hedge Fund for investment roles after having the tag of CPA

Disclaimer: I have kept the visa issues aside for the sake of the simplicity of the question , despite it being a significant factor

So please do share your thoughts and do excuse if I have made some wrong assumptions in my strategy.
