fundamental traders/analysts at market markers?
i've been noticing a lot of roles for fundamental traders/analysts at various market makers like optiver and citsec. What exactly do these people do? What is comp/ career progression like? Is it worth doing this over IB? I'm a dual STEM + econ major so have skillsets applicable to both fields.
