Why can’t you get on TN?
Most funds sponsor if you use up 3y of TN and decide to stay longer.
Pretty sure TN visa doesn’t qualify for financial services roles. Happened to me
Citadel and Millenium sponsor for sure. Personally know internationals there. no info about the rest.
