Hartree Partners Quant Analyst

I'm trying to get some information on what I can expect as a quant analyst/researcher at Hartree. I'm soon graduating from an ivy with degrees in math and econ and weighing my career options. What sort of compensation can I expect? How are the career/growth opportunities from working at Hartree for later in the future? I believe I will be on the Natural gas/power desk. Any information would be greatly appreciated!
