Headhunters for FI/Macro
Who are the top headhunters for fixed income-focused strategies in ex, rates and fx, EM, structured products, and so on? How does the recruiting process for a more junior role at the MMs work if it is a more trading-oriented strategy? There are a ton of fundamental equity/L/S oriented posts on the forum, and I couldn't find many on FI so would really appreciate some answers.
Based on the most helpful WSO content, the recruiting process for junior roles at Market Makers (MMs) in fixed income-focused strategies like rates, fx, EM, structured products, etc., can be quite competitive and rigorous. It often involves multiple rounds of interviews, including technical and behavioral assessments.
However, the context doesn't provide specific information about the top headhunters for fixed income-focused strategies. It's important to note that headhunters often have a wide range of clients across different sectors, so it's possible that many of the top firms work with fixed income-focused strategies as well.
As for the lack of posts on FI on the forum, it's a good idea to start a new thread asking for advice or insights. You might be surprised at how many people have experience in this area and are willing to share their knowledge.
Remember, networking is key in this industry. Don't be afraid to reach out to professionals in the field, attend industry events, and make use of any connections you might have. You never know where your next opportunity might come from!

No proper headhunters in equities.
Try Hinton rose, more junior stuff though.
how's mondrian alpha?
Bump on Mondrian
Hot women
Mondrian have been totally useless for me. Was approached by two different people from them for two different roles, sent them my info, then ghosted completely. Fast forward a few months, get another engagement from a different recruiter for the same hedge fund client - turns out Mondrian never even submitted my information apparently lol.
As per buddy of mine: clueless kids.
Same here actually, I was just being facetious
