How is the Hedge Fund space in Asia (Hong Kong, Singapore, Dubai, India) like in terms of recruiting and compensation for Long/Short Equity roles, in Global Multi Strategy Hedge Fund and some Asian Multi Strategy or Equity Focused Hedge Fund? Additionally, if there's any Indian who knows about Hedge Fund in India like how are they and how is the compensation and do they work on same 2/20 fee structure model as other Global Funds?
