How is the Hedge Fund space in Asia (Hong Kong, Singapore, Dubai, India) like in terms of recruiting and compensation for Long/Short Equity roles, in Global Multi Strategy Hedge Fund and some Asian Multi Strategy or Equity Focused Hedge Fund?
