Hello all,
I'm starting out at a regional BB in IB this summer. I am interested in working at a HF one day, however I am looking for an honest opinion with regard to the feasibility / chances of getting into a good fund from a regional office. I know this might sound quite premature as I haven't even started my 1st job yet, but I also think it would be wise to plan ahead somewhat and get an idea of what's achievable. Thanks!
