HF Interview Questions for PM
I have an interview with a MMHF L/S tech PM based out of Asia - he runs a team based out of APAC and US and was wondering what are some questions I can ask him during the interview?
I think the team is relatively lean so want to get a sense of culture, performance and also want to demonstrate my interest in the team.
What are some ways I can ask or try to sus out performance without being too blunt? He's been at this platform for ~6Y.
