HF's that post their research?
Noticed Spruce Point Posts their investment memos. Was wondering are their other funds that do similar things? Am having trouble finding them and really want to see how these places create their thesis for investments.
Spruce Point is an activist short seller so of course they want their memo out there to potentially help tank the stocks they are against. You won't find traditional shops posting their stuff online.
Nonsense. A lot of activists like Elliott post long slideshows on dedicated websites to each situation. VIC also has many HF-grade theses, though you need to comb through the many pitches. Dan Sundheim was famously a poster on VIC early in his career.
Sure, should have clarified. Most traditional HFs (not activist) are not going to be putting out their investment memos / thesis on a regular basis. Activists by their very nature, tend to be public.
