Would also like to add that Millennium and EP are different and should not be mentioned in the same sentence. Sure, they are both MMs, but they are structured a little differently and the PMs have a lot more autonomy and margin for error, meaning you won't be fired tomorrow just because you're down 5%. ExodusPoint was founded because the founder did not get years of bonus carry and sued his boss, Izzy, for his compensation.

It was settled and he wanted to piss Izzy off deliberately, hence the name ExodusPoint, it is a place for those exiled from Millennium, they still are poaching all the talent they can from Millennium. EP strives to be everything that Millennium is not for the employees culture wise.
