How do people lie their pnl?
My whole team (at big 4) and sub-sector my junior pm manages is down ytd, yet he managed to land a pm job (not junior pm), at another shop.
Hard to imagine they would’ve hired him if he told them we’re down for the year. Have always thought this field is too small to lie about pnl. How do people get away with this?
maybe he didnt lie? ppl w/ neg pnl get hired all the time. if anything its prime time to poach them/theyre motivated to leave
