Am looking for some advice. Currently trading distressed debt at a mid BB (BAML / Citi / Barclays / Deutsche). 2nd year and hope to move to a HF in a few years.
What should I be doing? Is grad school what I need? Could get a masters in stats or applied econ. Probably Masters in finance too. Looking for general advice
