Institutional Asset Allocation Comp?
I will be negotiating salary for an asset allocation position (creating portfolios for endowments and institutions) at a fund of hedge funds - itself a collection of hedge fund strategies, private equity, real estate. Fund size: ~$4b AuM. Fund location: San Francisco, CA
What kind of comp should I expect from this role?
