Interning at HF as QD for summer - what interns can I get off-cycle?

I'm going to working at a HF (one of Balyasny, Cubist, Millennium) as a Quant Dev over the summer. I'm excited about the opportunity, the HF seems great (WLB, pay, FT RO, environment) but I'd also like to have an off-cycle internship over the fall or spring elsewhere to experience alternative options. I'm considering:

Out of these, only big tech and QT/QR seem plausible (passing the resume screen and getting an interview, at least), because my resume is very tech-oriented. How could I leverage QD experience at a HF well to intern for these roles? Would I even pass resume screening for FO roles because QD is technically closer to MO than FO compared to QT/QR at HFs? For reference, I'm at a semi-target. Thanks!
