Marathon Asset Management (about to be CVC Credit) - London Team
Hey folks, any thoughts on the MAM team in London? They seem to do opp.credit, DL, and distressed, but they have a global IC and mandate, which is always not good since they US takes 90% of the ideas/trades.
I have seen a lot of churn at the junior level? Why is that? Comp? Hours? Assholes MDs? Given mandate flexibility I'd have thought it's a very good place, and now with CVC fundraising should scale even faster?
