Market Rate for an Analyst at SM

What would be a market comp package for an analyst at a single manager:

-AUM: between $500M and $1Bn

-Current headcount: 2 (I would be 1st new hire to make it 3)

-Location: South-East

Going to a SM HF in that size range. Did 2 years IB + 2 years PE; expecting range of $300-$400k first year which is fully discretionary but in non-NYC city.
