Master Finance Essay : Quantitative/Investment/Eco

Hi guys,

I hope you're all having a pleasant weekend.

Being in the last year of my Master's degree in Finance, I have to do the famous essay that we all have to do to graduate. For lack of inspiration, I would need a little help for an 80/90 page essay topic (relatively short essay as you see)

I am looking for an attractive subject, useful for interviews and directly related to what I am passionate about at the moment: I want to pursue my career in investment and more particularly in Equities buy side/sell side and then Hedge funds. So I'm looking for a somewhat quantitative subject, which is interesting to you and which you find it worthwhile to explore further.

Thanks in advance and have a good day all,

Fakir M.

Market making programs and their effect on exchange volume. A relevant topic if you are interested in prop trading. Not sure how to turn that into 90 pages but its a good excuse to network and speak with prop shops and exchanges.
