MM hedge fund PM remuneration
I am at a small UK MM fund, what % fees do PMs get paid as a percentage of profits made? (Assuming no % fee on AUM and that it's not a first loss account)For example? AUM 200m and profits 10% = £20m, what percentage of this £20m do they get paid. Obviously this nets off against their costs etc
Bump
Around 15% I think
Isn’t this quite low given no AUM fee? A lot of others charge 1.5% on AUM and 15% on profits, which would mean they get much more. So I was wondering if because there’s no AUM fee this was ever higher than 15%?
